Taking on the development of the Wieberr trademark in Ukraine, we faced the challenges described above, because the Turkish market, and it is from there that Wieberr (wieberr.com.tr)originates, is very different from the Ukrainian one. And work began to boil.
I had to adapt the descriptions, because for some reason in Turkey they treat instructions and descriptions much easier than ours, test dozens of products, choose from hundreds of ready-made recipes those that are needed by our consumer, offer edits to developers, expand the assortment with new positions. Work in laboratories was in full swing, a test site was created in parallel, dozens of samples were handed out – all for the sake of understanding whether the product was right for us, whether the product was right for our customer.
As a result, for more than a year of work, we managed to develop our own philosophy of forming the assortment range.
We have selected shampoo formulations: shampoo for washing mass medium soiled carpets, shampoo for washing handmade carpets, shampoo for washing especially soiled carpets.
We have created agents for the preliminary preparation of upholstered furniture before the extraction cleaning and the actual means for the extraction cleaning. Furthermore, we have liquid masterbatches for extraction and powders – even more concentrated products.
We have released stain removers, as it may seem, for all occasions … But we continue to supplement their range.
And our task is to create the widest, most complete, most thought-out range of products for cleaning upholstered furniture, carpet washing products.
