Foam blocker

Description

Foam Blocker formulation: liquid concentrate for solution preparation or application without dilution.

Purpose: the defoamer is designed to extinguish and / or prevent the formation of foam in the tanks of the suction liquid technique – tanks of extractors (washing vacuum cleaners), water pumps, mud cleaners, floor cleaning machines. The product allows you to control the level of foaming in the tank.

Solution preparation:

The product is applied in the form of a concentrate or with a dilution of no more than 1: 300 (30 ml / 9 liters of water).

Foamblocker application:

Adding to the tank: Pour the defoamer concentrate into the suction solution tank at a ratio of 35-50 ml per 10 liters of water.

Note! The Foam blocker  is lighter than water and retains its activity even when the concentrate is added directly to the tank without preliminary dilution with water, however, when the undiluted concentrate is added directly to the tank of the equipment, the effectiveness of the drug may be lower due to its slow mixing with water.

Supply to the hose: when working with cleaning equipment with manual nozzles connected through a corrugated hose, it is permissible to use the product  by instilling it into the nozzle or hose. 

This method of application of the defoamer allows it to be effectively mixed with the suction fluid.

Suction of antifoam solution: the most efficient way to extinguish foam and prevent its excessive formation is to suction a previously prepared antifoam solution through the working nozzle. To do this, before starting work, an antifoam solution is prepared in a ratio of 35-50 ml per 2 liters of water, a small amount of this solution is sucked through a nozzle into an empty liquid collection tank, and then, from time to time, new portions of an antifoam solution are soaked in if necessary.

Precautionary measures:

Please do not mix with cleaning solutions before use. 

Do not apply to textile materials due to the product  leave greasy stains after use! 

In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. 

Avoid prolonged contact with marble surfaces. 

Do not eat.

If swallowed, rinse mouth, drink plenty of water, do not induce vomiting, seek medical advice immediately. 

Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage conditions: store in a tightly closed container at a temperature of 5 ° C to 40 ° C in an upright position away from sources of heat, open flame, sunlight and atmospheric precipitation.
